The name may not ring a bell among casual game show fans. But Mr. Felsher had quite a reputation - not always favorable - in our little genre. He's probably best known for his epic battles with Richard Dawson when he was the showrunner on Family Feud. He also got tangled in the game show rigging scandals of the 1950s, most notably on Tic Tac Dough.
His Wikipedia article tells these stories in detail, so I won't rehash them here. Mr. Felsher's final brush with publicity may have been his prominent role on the E! True Hollywood Story episode about Family Feud in 2002. He dished quite a lot of Dawson dirt and was not shy about giving his opinions on other Feud hosts. R.I.P.
