The only unique thing I can see is that Pat is holding what looks like an hourglass. There's a fair amount of speculation about the tease on the Interwebs, including the home for all things Wheel, Buy a Vowel. The standard guess is that a male contestant will win a million. But I'm not sure what a million bucks would have to do with an hourglass, if that's the clue we're supposed to spot.
Other people talk about an hour-long episode, but the listings for my local DFW area show Wheel at its normal 30-minute length. Maybe Pat announces that time has run out for us all, and the hourglass predicts the end of the world on September 24. Somehow, I don't think that's right. But I might take a glance on September 23 to see what all the teasing is about.
