At least the beancounters have finished the cable ratings for the week of December 2-8. GSN continued its recent run of so-so numbers. It's not like the network has fallen off the map, but the viewer totals have definitely taken a step backward from earlier in the year. Maybe the schedule needs some tweaking. Or maybe some worse winter weather will perk up the numbers.
For the week of December 2-8 GSN drew 334K/253K viewers prime time/total day. The network ranked 34th and 26th in the windows. Not a disaster but pretty forgettable by the network's standards over the past couple years. Of course, five or ten years ago GSN never cracked the top 30 on any cable list, so everything's relative.
