One of the I've Got a Secret eps featured Kaye Ballard in 1965. The description of her segment from the IGAS episode guide: Reads a scene with Steve in Italian and the panel must guess what the scene is about just from the acting. In fact, what they are reading is a translation of the lyrics to Baby, It's Cold Outside.
Except this segment got hacked out of the GSN broadcast, according to the Game Show Forum posters. Almost unbelievably, the network seems to have been cowed by the silly stink about Baby, It's Cold Outside from the #MeToo crowd. Of course, that stink provoked an enormous reaction of mostly incredulous laughter. I thought the entire issue was buried and the song was once again acceptable to all but the looniest fringe of the perpetually aggrieved. Guess I was wrong.
I haven't seen any of the Christmas stunt, because I don't want to stay up until 2:00 AM Central. But if the Game Show Forum thread is accurate, GSN has set some kind of record for p.c. squeamishness.
