Meanwhile, America Says fell to one of its worst weeks ever, with an average of 362K viewers. That's far from awful by GSN standards, but the show had been averaging close to a half-million. The broadcast networks rolled out a lot of premieres during the week, which may have hurt the show's new prime time eps. Also, the Family Feud knockoff may be getting a little overexposed, with a zillion runs on GSN and now syndication.
Meanwhile, Best Ever Trivia Show has dropped off the charts completely at Show Buzz Daily, which makes me a little fearful for its future. The show is a reasonable quizzer, though it could use a lot more trivia and a lot less chitchat from Sherri Shepherd.
GSN is readying its Catch 21 reboot for a 6:00 PM debut on October 14. This seems to be one of the network's more anticipated originals for a while, so we'll see if the numbers match the buzz.
