UMass Football News--August 25th, 2019

With the verbal of three-star LB Nahji Logan, UMass now has 17 recruits for 2020. Sixteen of the recruits are rated three-star. I'm pretty sure that's a Minutemen record. Besides the number of recruits, the overall recruiting ranking in relation to other FBS teams is also a record high. This bodes well for the future.

I'm hoping for a competitive game Saturday against Rutgers. However they are a Big Ten team, but the 2020 recruiting makes me think the future is bright.
