Unsurprising news

File this under "Routine Stuff." CBS has renewed The Price is Right and Let's Make a Deal for another season, along with the network's entire daytime lineup.

I thought that TPiR had already received a two-year renewal last year, but who cares? Renewals for Drew and company have almost become a formality. The Price is Right is the most watched show in all of daytime TV, with an average audience of 5.2 million. LMAD doesn't quite draw those numbers, but it's always been a solid performer.
