The show debuts June 20. The promo is a little scant on gameplay details, but apparently contestants will spin a big wheel and then face pop-culture trivia questions. Fox promises that there will be lots of money on the wheel. Justin Timberlake produces - that's him in the promo, in case you didn't notice - and Dax Shepard hosts.
Wheels have spun on lots of game shows, and Fox has built a doozy for this effort. It's similar to how NBC expanded Plinko into their super-sized knockoff The Wall. It's gonna take some real energy just to get that massive mechanism in motion.
If the show catches on, maybe Pat and Vanna can do a before-and-after puzzle. Spin-the-Wheel-of-Fortune. Or maybe not.
