And, the Dallas Stars have the upper hand in their series against Nashville. They topped the Predators 5-3 to take a 3-2 lead in their Western Conference quarterfinal.

A big game from Canada's Jamal Murray helped the Denver Nuggets even their first-round series against the Spurs. Murray had 24 points and Nikola Jokic had 29 points and 12 rebounds as the Nuggets downed San Antonio 117-103 in Game 4. Denver hosts Game 5 on Tuesday.

Khris Middleton had 20 points and nine rebounds and the Milwaukee Bucks beat the Detroit Pistons 119-103 to take a 3-0 lead in the first-round series. The Bucks can finish off the Eastern Conference series Monday night in Detroit. They won the first three games by an average of 24 points.

The World Series champion Boston Red Sox have won a series for the first time this season. Andrew Benintendi hit a grand slam and a tiebreaking ninth-inning sacrifice fly to help Boston down the Rays 6-5. Earlier, the Blue Jays thumped Oakland 10-1. Toronto starter Matt Shoemaker left the game in the third inning with a knee injury.
