Feud and Wheel, they're different

Seems like the only items in the faux tweets lately are contestant stories and obituaries.

So I might as well make a full entry out of another contestant story. This one is a little more interesting because Ashley Eudy (second from tight in the photo) played on both Family Feud and Wheel of Fortune. She has some interesting things to say about the differences between the two. Not surprisingly, she thinks that Wheel is the tougher challenge...

That's a hard game to play. It's easy to play sitting on your couch. Not so much when you're in front of Pat Sajak and Vanna White. I did not win. I brought home a little bit of cash. I'm not really actually good at puzzles. That was a lot more nerve wracking because I was up there by myself.

Well, if you're not "really actually good at puzzles," chances are you'll have a tough go on Wheel. Ashley had a lot better time on Family Feud, partly because Steve Harvey was "very funny." Opinions differ on Mr. Steve, but Nielsen also likes what he's done with Feud. In the end, Ashley agrees with most other game show contestants...

Everybody says, "I'd love to be on a game show." Well, go do it. They just need entertainment on television. You don't have to be good at the game. As fun as it looks on TV, it's that much fun or more behind the scenes.

Game shows are supposed to be fun, after all. That's why they've been around for seven decades on TV.
