Oh boy, after my latest run-in with the oldies boards, I'd love to put that question to 'em. You'd see frothing at the mouth (metaphorically speaking). Anyway, the title does not lead to a long inquisition on the merits of Harvey Feud. Instead, it's just a contestant story.
The point is that the Feud episodes of Georgia's Demarest family (see screenshot) will rerun in July. When the family first appeared on the show, Laura Demarest told Patch that Steve Harvey was "amazing, smelled good, and dressed to the T." Hence, the title for the second Patch story.
Contestants usually have nice things to say about Mr. Harvey. He does hand out the money, after all. But he also seems genuinely friendly with the civvies.
