Ratings: tight at the top for syndies

Only a measly one tenth of a ratings point separated the top three syndie game shows in the week of May 14-20. Of course, Wheel of Fortune could easily win the race with another daily run. But I've mentioned that before, haven't I? TV News Check has the household ratings...

Family Feud 6.1 - down a tick
Wheel of Fortune 6.0 - up three ticks to inch into a tie with the soulmate
Jeopardy 6.0 - up a couple ticks
Millionaire 1.6 -flat
Funny You Should Ask 0.5 - up a tick to the old normal

The Fox summer game shows returned with so-so numbers. Beat Shazam got 2.4M viewers and a 0.8 18-49 rating. It was 1.8M and 0.6 for Love Connection.

A few schedule notes from GSN, based on the latest pdfs. Harvey Feud replaces The Chase on weekdays at 4:00 PM. The oldies boards will love it! Cash Cab gets a few more runs on weekends. Cover Story returns with a show about lottery winners on June 10 and a look at The Price is Right on June 17. GSN will run a preview of their new summer shows at various times during the week of June 11-17. Trish Suhr (Daily Draw) hosts the preview show. America Says gets a sneak peek at 8:00 PM June 17 before its normal run on weekdays at 5:00 PM starting June 18.
