UMass Football Recruiting 2018--Jacquez Carter decommits from UMass

Mike Traini, of "Fight Massachusetts" reports Jacquez Carter has decommited from UMass.

I've blogged about Carter before.

Well, that makes another scholarship available. The Minutemen could use a couple Spring signings.
