Former longtime UMass assistant coach and current Maine offensive coordinator Brian Picucci has been hired by new Lions HC Matt Patricia as an offensive assistant.

The MAC conference has released its 2018 composite schedule including UMass' game with Ohio.

UMass QB Randall West had six rebounds and a basket in Wednesday's hoops game against VCU.

If you saw the game, West played really well. He took up space, rebounded and defended. Most of his minutes included guarding All-A10 Justin Tillman.
