Mashed up

I really shouldn't do this, because it seems slightly sacrilegious on a game show blog.

But on their Halloween ep Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest mashed up the greatest game show ever in Match Game of Thrones. YouTube presents the awful spectacle.

Which really isn't that bad. There's a Charles Nelson Reilly shout-out and a few funny lines here and there. They also manage to splice Alec Baldwin into the skit though the magic of TV editing. Kelly gets the front center seat, naturally, because she's the star. But it's still a little jarring to see the male-female seating order messed up. The universe just isn't right if that order changes.

I didn't see any comments on the YouTube video. Maybe it's better that way. YouTubers may not be ready for this epic combination.
