NAYLOR: FOSTER TO RETURN TO RIDERS

TSN's Dave Naylor reports free agent LB Otha Foster is returning to the Roughriders.

Foster was released by the NFL's Baltimore Ravens last week after an MVP season with the Riders in 2016.
