Once in a while the game show search turns up political stuff. Which I try to avoid on this non-political blog. But I got a faux tweet out of Kennedy's (Friend or Foe) political chatter, which surfaced because the story made a fleeting reference to her game show hosting gig. Another story from the same search was oddly related to the Libertarian Kennedy, though in a roundabout way.
More than a quarter-century ago, Jeff Bandman was a five-time winner on Jeopardy and a T of C semifinalist. He then went into politics, of a very different (and liberal Democratic) sort from Kennedy's. But now he seems to be coming round to Kennedy's viewpoint, at least when it comes to Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
Bitcoin is coin of the realm in Libertarian circles, so it's a surprise to see the formerly leftish Bandman promoting the "currency." (If you don't know what Bitcoin is, Google it and you'll get nine miles of links.) Jeff hasn't left all his statist impulses behind, though. He wants Bitcoin fans to cozy up to government regulators. Good luck on that, Jeff.
