Logan Nijhoff scored the game winner for Team Staniowski in the third as part of a two goal performance. Tristen Robins picked up two assists for Staniowski while defenceman Jake Thomson had a goal and a helper. Matt Bradley and Rayman Bassi led Team Gillies with a goal and an assist in the defeat.
Regina Pats Main Camp continues with practices on Sunday morning beginning at 9 a.m. at the Co-operators Arena. Sunday will conclude with a scrimmage between Team Gillies and Team Staniowski at 2 p.m. at the Co-operators.
Pats single game tickets for the 2017-18 regular season will go on sale at 12 p.m. on September 5. Tickets will only be available by visiting reginapats.com or calling 1-855-985-5000.
