Regina, Saskatchewan – The Regina Pats Hockey Club is pleased to announce they have added Tommy Tartaglione and Dean Seymour to their scouting staff.
Tartaglione, a goaltender, played three seasons in the WHL with the Regina Pats, Vancouver Giants and Prince George Cougars. He was a member of the 2005-06 WHL Champion Vancouver Giants club. The next season he joined the Pats and appeared in 22 games, recording a 2.88 goals against average and a .899 save percentage. Tartaglione will primarily scout players in California.
Seymour, a product of Saskatoon, is a former captain at Northern Michigan University of the NCAA. He played three seasons in college before turning pro. Seymour played professionally for eight seasons in Germany, Finland, Switzerland, Denmark and Sweden. Seymour will be responsible for scouting in the province of Saskatchewan.
The Regina Pats will open their historic 100th season on Friday September 22 in Brandon. The club’s home opener will take place on the 23rd at the Brandt Centre against the Wheat Kings.
