Regina is bringing a Riot to Saskatoon on Saturday as they will face the Calgary Rage in the WWCFL Championship game at SMF Field at 8:30 p.m.
After a hard fought victory against the Saskatoon Valkyries in scorching temperatures last weekend, the Regina Riot under new head coach, Olivier Eddie have refocused and are preparing for the next challenge, the Calgary Rage.
"We have earned our way to a WWCFL Championship game through hard work and our job is to continue on this same path for one more week." says Eddie.
The Calgary Rage have gone undefeated this year and are eager to be the first Western Division team to win the WWCFL Championship however the Regina Riot have plans to spoil that endeavor.
"We play an undefeated opponent that has had a bye week to prepare for this game. We will need to be at our absolute best on the weekend." continued Eddie.
